Job Purpose
You will be responsible for supporting Retail Operations in achieving business objectives through the delivery of a range of training initiatives.
Key Objectives (what you will be expected to achieve)
- To be responsible for designing and delivering training courses for new and existing store management to meet business objectives and ensure all legal requirements are adhered to
- To be responsible for carrying out training audits on new and existing stores
- To be responsible for carrying out training needs analysis and evaluation of training activities
- To liaise with Senior Retail Management on all aspects of retail training, developing and coaching
- To liaise with all members of the Training Team to ensure that training initiatives are of a consistently high standard and meet the needs of the business
